At Cavendish, we offer pupils a wide range of after-school and lunchtime clubs. These are well attended and provide pupils with the opportunity to learn new skills.
We try, as much as possible, to use the local area and local people to enrich the learning we offer the children.
Sporting activities are an important part of our provision, including inter-school matches and competitions in cricket, basketball, tag rugby, netball, football and athletics.
A variety of clubs are also available, including gardening, netball, and drama, taekwondo and homework club.
We hope children will leave school confident in their own abilities, eager to learn and with their experiences of life enriched and fulfilled.

If your child is not offered a place this time, we will try and make sure they get one next time.

|In preparation for the forthcoming KS2 SATs we have decided to run an after school revision club to support children with their studies. Attending this club will provide children with the valuable opportunity to practice their skills and strategies in English and Maths while benefiting from targeted support from teachers. At the club, the children will be able to choose which subject they would like to focus on each session and complete tasks to gain more practice and confidence in these areas.
